11th of May, 2004: Today I am going to create our katakana flash cards, I was thinking about using the names of the people in our class to put as words on the cards; either that or I will just find some simple Japanese words to do it with. Also later tonight I might make the forum that I have been promising for so long (so sorry I’ve been busy with studying >.<… okok maybe not always studying but I will get to it tonight I promise!)… so look forward to it. Ja~

6th of May, 2004: Ok. On Monday we are going to be quizzed on greetings, counting up to 20, and classroom expressions in romaji – the purpose and meaning of each classroom term in English will be there as well-. Also we have a hiragana quiz on Tuesday. The homework due for Monday is that blank sheet with all the boxes in it for us to write out a hiragana list. If I’ve forgotten to post any of the homework perhaps you could email me to tell me what It is so that I can post it here. Thanks.

5th of May, 2004: I’m probably going to take tonight off for webpage building to study my hiragana. To make sure I knew all the numbers well I was reading out building numbers and car license plates as I walked home *laughs*. Quiz on Monday.

4th of May, 2004: continued… it’s 8:00pm and I’ve finished the vocabulary section as I promised on everything that we have done so far. Basically you can just copy the vocabulary lists onto notepad or Microsoft word and then you can print them out and use them for studying; I hope they come in useful for all of you. Personally I’m about to use them for studying. Ja~

4th of May, 2004: I am just typing up the vocabulary lists right now to put in the vocabulary section so they should up up around 8pm tonight. The Dates section will be done later on tonight also… and don’t forget to do your homework on hiragana stroke practice on page 28 of the workbook ^_~

3rd of May, 2004: This web page is created, and our first class commences with our sensei, Sachiko Thiessen. I plan to have a forum up soon so that all of you may post any questions about our homework or Japanese culture in general and then I or someone else in our class may be able to answer. If I forgot to add anything please email me at seraphic_ghost@hotmail.com.
